Broccoli Tomato Salad
Coconut oil/Olive oil
1 sprig celery
Run broccoli through the food processor to break it up in to tiny pieces. Add diced tomatoes, oil of your choice and mix well. Decorate with the sprig of celery which of course should be consumed as part of the salad for added nutrition.
Tip: Running the broccoli through the food processor breaks it down into tiny pieces that are easier to deal with in my mouth. The oils added also soften it a bit more.
