Mixed Salad
Lettuce (shredded)
Parsley (chopped)
Celery (chopped)
Carrots (grated)
Onions (chopped)
Garlic (grated)
Tomatoes (diced)
Cabbage (shredded)
Sea Salt
Apple cider vinegar
Honey
Raisins
Method
Toss together all the veggies and add raisins, sea salt, apple cider vinegar and a drizzle of honey to taste. Mix again. Serve. Yummy!
