Lettuce Carrot Raisin Salad
1 head lettuce
2 carrots
Handful of raisins
Coconut/Olive oil
Sea salt
Method
Wash and shred lettuce. Place in bowl. Wash/peel and grate carrots. Add carrots and raisins to the bowl. Drizzle oil of your choice. Add a dash or two of sea salt. Toss together. Enjoy!
