|Red Cabbage and Red Bell Pepper Salad|
Red Cabbage and Red Bell Pepper Salad½ red cabbage
2 red bell peppers
2 cloves garlic
½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
Coconut oil/Olive oil
One dash sea salt (optional)
Chop cabbage and place in a bowl. De-seed and slice red bell peppers into strips. Grate or mince onion and garlic. Add peppers, onion and garlic to the bowl. Add the oil of your choice, apple cider vinegar and one dash of sea salt (optional). Toss together and enjoy!
