Raw Plantain Mixed Salad
2 very ripe plantains
3 leaves lettuce
1 tomato
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup celery(chopped)
Method
Peel plantains, dice them and set them aside in a bowl. Wash and coarsely chop lettuce leaves. Dice tomatoes and add to bowl. Peel and dice avocados. Chop celery. Add lettuce, avocados and celery to bowl. Add oil of your choice and sea salt. Toss together and Enjoy!
