Red Bell Pepper Avocado and White Cabbage Salad


1 red bell pepper
1 avocado
½ white cabbage
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Coconut oil/Olive oil
Dash of sea salt (optional)

Method
De-seed and slice red bell pepper. Pit, peel and dice avocado and place into a bowl. Shred white cabbage and add to bowl. Peel and grate/mince garlic and onion and add to the bowl with the oil of your choice and one dash sea salt (optional).
Toss gently and enjoy!
